It Still Bugs Me!!!

I constantly get e-mails and phone calls from HVAC contractors wanting to tell me how bad their business is.

The 1st thing I ask them is what they have done to improve their business.

All I hear is they have done nothing. Everyone has the same excuses.

#1 Business is bad so I don't have the money to invest in any educational materials.

Ok but what about all the free sources of information. Such as this blog or your local library.

I have also put together the absolutely FREE HVAC Profit Secrets MasterMind Group.

So what is a MasterMind group? It is a group of people that all have something in common. In this case everyone is either a HVAC business owner, a wholesaler or someone who wants to start a HVAC business.

We all meet by phone. By the way it is a toll free 800 number so it costs you nothing to participate.

So people say: Ok it is FREE. But I have nothing to offer to others. I am struggling just to keep my business afloat.

This is NONSENSE! Everyone has something to offer. Even if you feel you don't you can sit back, listen and learn.

#2 I don't have time!

Well Find Time.

Listen to CDs and tapes in your vehicle as you are driving.

Do as I do which may seem odd. I read a lot in the bathroom.

#3 Can't you just give me one advertisement I can run that will solve all my problems.

I wish things were that simple. They're not!

You need to put systems in place that will practically do your marketing for you.

That is why I wrote the HVAC Profit Secrets Toolbox. To teach HVAC contractors how to market their businesses.

So what are you going to do?

Probably nothing!!!

But next time it gets slow or your not making the profit you want. I know you will be complaining to me or someone about how bad things are.

But the only one to blame about bad business is YOU!!!

So Stop Complaining and Start Doing!!!
